Giving an Old Home New Life

The Fore Residence is a two-story modern cottage designed to fit into the fabric of the historic Maple Ridge neighborhood. The home was originally designed in 1984 by KSQ Design’s Managing Principal, David Short, then renovated nearly three decades later. 

With timeless lines and repeating square footprints throughout the site, the symmetry and simplicity that first attracted the original homeowners has stood the test of time with new residents nearly 30 years later. In a neighborhood rich with history, this home now enjoys a future even better than it’s past.
