Thoughtful Down to the Finishes

Designed with attention to detail, innovation and comfort in mind, this luxury multifamily property at 255 4th Avenue offers highly coveted split-bedroom and three-bedroom apartment homes in Brooklyn. The 12-story, 44-unit boutique building offers 360-degree views from Red Hook, through Manhattan, and back to Prospect Park South. With a bike room, roof deck, and private storage units for every tenant, C-560 combines the best of all worlds - offering buyers a mix of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes, as well as penthouses.

Behind the Architecture

A total of 49 homes were created in this 65,000 SF multifamily project that offers high-end living, quality finishes and ample space for growing families.

The façade weaves colors and materials (glass, brick, metal, and stone) from the surrounding neighborhood while offering its own modern vibe and dramatic impact. C560 also acknowledges the commercial aspect of its location and has double-paned high-efficiency windows with casement and awning projections, and wide plank American Maple hardwood floors laid over a soundproofing system for noise reduction and resident comfort.
