Garret is co-founder and vice president of Krishan Short Quadrini, PC. Garret believes that there are many paths to a well-designed building and by listening and working closely with the team the best and most appropriate solution will evolve. This attitude has earned him the reputation of being a team player and a very strong, versatile and easy to work with designer. He views budget constraints as the challenge and ingenuity as the real source for a well designed building. He has been recognized locally and nationally for award winning high quality work, often with very low budgets.
He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University and a Master of Architecture from Washington University. He has been a guest critic to the Oklahoma State University's School of Architecture and a guest speaker on Art Deco Architecture for Preservation Tulsa.

David Short is President of KSQ Architects, PC. He oversees the direction of all firm market sectors while specializing in higher education student life environments. David has been involved in the design and construction of Higher Education projects on more than 35 campus nation wide.
The popularity of these projects is a result of listening to the needs and evaluating these needs against the budgets and uses required within the projects. Based on the success of this process and the product developed 80% of the clients retained his firm for additional projects on the campus. While this is not the only measure of success it is a good indication of the service and satisfaction that our clients receive.
Peers and user groups alike have recognized several projects for which he served as designer for design excellence. This work has been published in journals such as Architectural Record, American School and University. David is a graduate of Oklahoma State University School of Architecture.

Armand Quadrini leads the firm's K-12 Schools, Multi-Family Housing and Northeast Higher Education practice areas. He directs the firm's north east office in White Plains, NY.
Armand, a LEED Accredited Professional, is a committed advocate of sustainable building design. He oversees the firm's national responsibilities for green building design. KSQ has set a standard for "practical - comfortable – affordable" architectural and engineering solutions that dovetail with our clients' green building goals.
Prior to joining KSQ, Armand was a principal at Perkins Eastman Architects. Other areas of expertise include higher education, senior housing, mixed use developments and commercial and corporate office planning. Armand received a degree in Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Scott Hillje is an education program planner, chief technical architect and NYS Code expert. He co-directs KSQ’s northeast office in White Plains, NY.
Previously, Scott was a senior associate with Perkins Eastman. Scott has devoted his career to the design of education environments. While at Perkins Eastman, he co-directed, along with Armand Quadrini, the firm’s NYS Public School practice. Together, they managed approximately $250 million of NYS public school Bond work Scott has worked on other publicly funded projects, including New York State housing authority projects and office and commercial facilities.
Scott has acted as both project architect and construction manager with responsibilities including coordination between 23 contractors and their subcontractors, scheduling of construction operations, overseeing daily progress, negotiating change orders, producing construction progress reports, producing project financial reports, managing construction site assistant and clerical staff, and client relations. Scott has also worked with the NYS Education Department Office of Facilities Planning for several years and has a comprehensive knowledge of their rules and regulations. Scott graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Architecture.

Sean Studzinski currently serves as Principal of KSQ Architects Dallas/Fort Worth office. Sean has spent his entire career in the study and design of educational facilities planning, being responsible for design, management and production of several complex, multi-million dollar facilities. Two of his projects completed last year on the University of North Texas Denton campus were recently recognized in Planning & Management magazine as projects of distinction for “excellence in design”. Sean is well versed in managing and organizing multiple levels of personnel towards project completion. His attention to detail and knowledge of multiple facility types make him a valuable asset to any project.
Sean has an innate talent for visualizing and conceptualizing not what a facility is, but what the facility should be. This has brought great success in grand transformations of renovation and invigorating design of new construction.
