Byram Hills High School Field Improvements

Exemplary Education Programs Through Athletics.

Athletics plays an important role in the development of a successful student. Through athletics, students learn about discipline, commitment, and time management. As part of the Strategic Plan, Byram Hill’s Board of Education approved to address the deteriorating quality of our athletic fields at the High School.

The new field is made of synthetic turf which provides students with a safer, more consistent play surface. The synthetic turf allows the fields to be in near constant use with little to no effect on the quality of the playing surface. Aside from a daily comb, the fields require little maintenance. In addition to the field upgrades, the track was also replaced.
